Munro Madness November 26th Ben Wyvis. Another great client day. A chilly start with a quickchange in the Wyvis car park and then the forest walk in. Snow and mist on the summit ridge mean’t it was difficult to see what conditions were like higher up on the mountain.
1 Munros – Ben Wyvis

The day is alway deceptive, what looks like a short day on the map is rarely that in reality. A fairly steady walk in with much of the path upgraded by SNH to prevent erosion on this National Nature Reserveover the last few years. Once in the cloud the south easterly realy kicked in and the summit ridge was fullon white out conditions and a traditional Scottish winter day out.
