A two day course designed for those who deliver training as part of their job, or those who are looking to develop their own training courses. This course will give you the confidence and guidance to help you deliver effective, interactive training suitable to a range of learning needs.

The course content covers an introduction to the accelerated learning cycle and how different people learn. It then provides participants with a framework to use to build their own courses using the skills they have developed on the course.

Note: We do not provide accommodation on this course but can recommend excellent places to stay locally.

This training course has been designed to develop skills needed by trainers to deliver effective, interesting and productive courses.
The course is ideal for those who are delivering courses, or thinking of doing so and need to develop their skills to design and deliver high quality training.
2-day course  - 9.30am- 4pm each day

Style of delivery

Pre-requisites
No previous experience of training is required, but those with previous training delivery experience will also find the course very beneficial and rewarding.
Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions and practical activities within a small group setting.
